Laine Logistics was born from a steering wheel and a lifetime on the open road. The company carries the name of Randy "Laine" Robinson — a lifelong trucker, a devoted papa, and the man whose hands knew every gearshift between here and the horizon.

Randy spent decades hauling freight across this country. He knew the diners that stayed open late, the scales that ran slow, and the receivers who made you wait. He knew the loneliness of an empty seat on a long night and the pride of a load delivered right.

When his daughter Debra set out to build a brokerage, she did not start with a spreadsheet. She started with a question: what would Randy want from the people booking his loads? The answer was simple. Pick up the phone. Tell the truth. Treat the driver like a human being.

That father-daughter founding story is stitched into everything we do. Debra runs dispatch with cab-level perspective — she knows there is a person behind every truck number, with a family waiting and miles to make.

We built Laine Logistics to redefine the broker-driver relationship. Too many brokers see carriers as a line item. We see them the way Randy would want to be seen: as professionals doing hard, honest work.

That is why we never ghost a carrier. If a load cancels, they hear it from us immediately. We do the paperwork right the first time so a driver does not get stuck at a scale. We communicate, we follow through, and we keep our word.
